The Lima Echo group was founded on August 1, 2023 by a small number of CB operators from Salento (SE Italy) with a passion for radio and DX. The group's main objective is to make long-distance connections, but also to raise awareness of the Salento area and its culture on the radio through activations. Our group does not have (unlike other groups) presidents, vice presidents or anything else. Every single decision is always taken by show of hands, so that any 'unfortunate' decision by a founder cannot harm the hobby interests of all the others belonging to the group. All Lima Echos have the same decision-making power and it's always the majority that makes any form of decision. We are also of the opinion that radio must unite and LE are always available to welcome any operator from any division into their group. Only kindness and courtesy are required on the radio.
