1) At the time of registration, the interested member must necessarily have a telephone/smartphone enabled for the use of the WhatsApp or Telegram messaging application;
2) the interested member, at the time of registration, is aware and familiar with the current legislation regarding the use of any "transceiver" type equipment in the field of radio communications, specifically those relating to "CB" type devices;
3) the assignment of the radio identifier, after verification of the registration request via email contact by the Lima Echo staff, will be carried out in the time strictly necessary for the operation itself;
4) the interested member, once he/she has become part of the Lima Echo, in this context and with the use of the assigned identifier, will be required to conduct himself/herself in accordance with the canons of maximum education and respect for other users, whether they are members of the Lima Echo or not. In this regard, the Lima Echo staff has the right to expel without notice and with immediate effect any user who proves to be out of line with the aforementioned provision or who, with any behavior whatsoever, compromises and/or damages the image of the Lima Echo itself;
5) There are absolutely no membership fees required to be part of the Lima Echo but a contribution translated into “presence-participation” is certainly required: – the parameters to be respected to satisfy the binomial in question will be specified later – even if not constant and/or assiduous, in the forms of communication that the Lima Echo foresee: the Lima Echo staff reserves the right to expel, at any time and without notice, any user deemed not to be in line with this provision;
6) If you should decide to leave Lima Echo (or if you are expelled), remember that you will absolutely never be able to rejoin.
Enrolling in the Lima Echo group, as stated in point 5, does not require any economic membership fee, but imposes certain rules on you, a FUNDAMENTAL prerequisite for your permanence:
- being a participant or participating, means contributing radiostically to the most important events of the group (activations or DX connections). We believe it is impossible that, at least once a month, there are not 5 minutes to do radio activity.
- the assignment of the Lima Echo callsign is not a mere and occasional assignment but requires the obligation to use it in contexts such as 'DX' and any occasion in which you will contextualize your radio activity in order to demonstrate your pride in belonging to the Lima Echo.
- being a participant and/or participating requires, on your part, an active presence that translates into presence (even if sporadic obviously), both in chat and on the radio (27 Mhz). Otherwise your request to join the Lima Echo is inexplicable.
- as already abundantly specified, the Lima Echo do not have positions (presidents, vice presidents and so on). It is understood that, should one of the founders (units 66, 74 and 76) find that there are grounds for expelling a member of the group (due to a reason deemed to be in conflict with this statute), he/she will do so without any preliminary communication and without justifying the decision itself.
